第281回 例会報告 281st regular meeting report

記念すべき2022年初となる調布フリーフライトトーストマスターズ（CFFTMC）の第281回例会では、福を呼び込むようなたくさんの笑顔に会うことができました。

ウォームアップセッションはお正月しりとり！お正月ワード縛りはなかなか難しかったです。

即興スピーチは6テーマ。

Sさんより提示されたお題は新成人、お正月の習慣、書初めや新年の抱負といった、"はじまり"にまつわるものとなり

本日のベストスピーカー、ベテラン勢であるKさんとYさんをはじめ、ユーモア溢れるスピーチが発信され新年第一回の例会に相応しい希望と笑顔に溢れた時間となりました。

準備スピーチは入会５ヶ月を迎えたCさんと、ベテランKさん。

Cさんのスピーチは、コロナ禍におけるメンタルコントロールについて。続くKさんは、新年にあたりスピーチ全体の、それに伴う思考のアウトプットの精度をいかに上げるかという内容でした。

どちらのテーマも各会員には深く刺さるテーマとなり前半の雰囲気とは一変、考えさせられる内容でした。

本日の目玉となるITワークショップ、進行統括のMさんより今後の連絡ツールの認識統一ならびに利用方法を個々にレクチャーいただきました。

会員ひとりひとりのITツールの活用状況がバラバラである中、少しでも時間を設けて認識の共有を実施することは、今回のテーマであるITに限らず重要なことであると再認識したワークショップとなりました。

At the 281st regular meeting of Chofu Free Flight Toastmasters (CFFTMC), which was the first in 2022, We were able to meet many smiles that brought good fortune.

The warm-up session is New Year's Shiritori! It was quite difficult that doing Shiritori only the New Year's word.

There are 6 themes for Table Topic speeches.

The theme presented by TM S will be related to the "beginning" such as new adults, New Year's customs, Calligraphy and the ambition of the new year.

Today's best speakers, TM K and TM Y, who are veterans, and other humorous speeches were sent, and it was a time full of hope and smiles suitable for the first meeting of the new year.

The preparatory speeches were TM C, who has been in the club for 5 months, and TM K, a veteran.

TM C's speech is about mental control in Covid-19. Next, TM K talked about how to improve the accuracy of the output of the thoughts that accompany the entire speech for the New Year.

Both themes were deeply resonated by each member, and the atmosphere in the first half was completely different and thought-provoking.

At today's featured IT workshop, TM M gave a lecture on how to use IT tools for unifying several contacts. We learnt the importance of common recognition including IT literacy.

It was useful and effective workshop to resolve the problem that each member use different IT channels and has different IT knowledge.
