第280回 例会報告 280th regular meeting report

２５日のクリスマス、華やかな装飾、クリスマスカラーで彩られ、約４０名の調布フリーフライト、吉祥寺、ゲストの皆さまが参加する、特別な会に相応しい合同例会となりました。

特にユニークだったことは次の３点！

まず、１分間スピーチで、皆がその人となりを語り共有しました。これで、大人数にも関わらず、顔、お名前、ストーリーが印象付けられました。

続いて、テーブルトピックリレー。愛のこもったプレゼントトピックスを渡していくもの。思いがけないストーリーへと変化する面白さがありました。

３つ名は、クイズセッション。例会に参加した者でしか答え得ない内容です。例会の全フローを振り返り、思考を巡らせる、楽しいセッションでした。

大人数を前にしてのスピーチは、Ｏさんより、小さな疑問や好奇心を深堀する醍醐味を教えていただきました。続いて、Ｍさんのユーモアスピーチは、ありえない登場人物やシーンに大いに楽しませていただきました。

これらのスピーチに対する評価者のレビューは、どちらも具体的な示唆に富む改善提案がなされ、スピーカーに対してだけでなく、参加者全員にとっても参考になる内容でした。

On the 25th, Christmas, decorated with gorgeous decorations and Christmas colors, the joint meeting was held which was suitable for a special meeting with about 40 people attending from Chofu Free Flight, Kichijoji, and others.

The following three points were particularly unique!

First, in a one-minute speech, everyone talked and shared their personality. This impressed us with faces, names, and stories form participants, despite the large number of people.

Next was the table topic relay. A gift topic with love. It was fun to change into an unexpected story.

The third one was a quiz session. The questions were able to be solved by those who participated in the joint meeting. It was a fun session to look back on the whole flow of the meeting and think about it.

In the speech in front of a large number of people, Mr. O taught us the real thrill of deepening small questions and curiosity. Next, Ms. M's humor speech was very entertaining to the impossible characters and scenes.

The evaluators' reviews of these speeches were both concrete and thought-provoking suggestions for improvement, which were helpful not only to the speakers but also to all participants.

It was a fun and meaningful joint meeting, and it was the best time to decorate the end of this year! Happy Holidays!
