Inaugural meeting of the new fiscal 2026

Chofu Freeflight Toastmasters held the 382nd regular meeting on April 11 at the Chofu Tazukuri Civic culture center. 

 Themes for the table topics and the prepared speech as well as the word of the day “inaugural” were all suitable for the first meeting of the new fiscal year. 

Table topics were about cherry blossoms and new life in a college. 

The prepared speech by TM E was about starting new habits. 

Also we welcomed 2 guests, looking into starting something new — learning speeches and English speaking. 

 Next meeting will be held on Saturday April 25, 14-16 PM at Chofu Tazukuri room #1103.   

調布フリーフライト・トーストマスターズは、4月11日に調布市たづくり市民文化センターにて第382回定期例会を開催しました。 

 「inaugural（就任の、最初の）」という「今月の言葉」に加え、テーブルトピックス（即興スピーチ）や準備スピーチのテーマも、新年度の初回にふさわしい内容となりました。

テーブルトピックスでは「桜」や「大学での新生活」についてスピーチし、準備スピーチではTM Eさんが「新しい習慣を始めること」について話しました。 

 また、スピーチや英語学習に関心があるという2名のゲストをお迎えしました。 

 次回例会は、4月25日（土）14時〜16時に調布たづくり1103会議室にて開催予定です。
