Meeting #379: 2 new members made 1st speech!

The Chofu Freeflight Toastmasters Club held our 379th meeting on February 28, 2026 with 7 members and 2 guests.

We welcomed 2 new members at the last meeting and they already made their first icebreaker speech. Mr. I spoke about his living and working experience in Italy and UK due to his business and Ms. Y spoke how she wanted to become a police officer but ended up working as a business person and her recent volunteering experience for animal shelters. 

We also had 2 guests including one from Canada and overall the meeting was very active. 

調布フリーフライト・トーストマスターズクラブは、2026年2月28日に第379回例会を開催し、会員7名とゲスト2名が参加しました。

前回の例会では2名の新会員を迎え、この日最初のアイスブレイクスピーチを行いました。

Iさんは仕事でイタリアとイギリスに住んだ経験と仕事について、Yさんは警察官を目指していたものの、最終的にはビジネスマンとして働くことになった経緯と、最近の動物保護施設でのボランティア活動について語りました。

また、カナダからの１人を含むゲスト2名も参加し、大変活発な例会になりました。
